About the Role

As a
Platform Architect
, you'll take ownership of defining, governing, and optimizing ServiceNow and related Service Management tools (ITSM, CMDB, Monitoring). You'll collaborate closely with platform squads to ensure architecture consistency, platform reliability, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, publish, and maintain the
    Service Catalogue
    for ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to assess design and deployment risks.
  • Embed
    governance controls
    and standards into all new rollouts.
  • Lead
    tool rationalization strategies
    to reduce redundancy and improve integrity.
  • Maintain an inventory of Service Management platforms (e.g., ITSM, CMDB).
  • Define integration architecture and blueprints for
    non-cloud-native components
    .
  • Conduct regular
    platform audits
    to ensure architectural alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of experience in
    ServiceNow Architecture
    and Service Management tools.
  • Proven experience in
    Service Catalogue development and governance
    .
  • Strong understanding of automation opportunities and implementation.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional platform teams.

Good-to-Have

  • Knowledge of
    Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
    principles.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
    or at least ITIL V3 certification.
  • Basic
    Project Management
    knowledge.
