About The Role The Product Owner will create the product vision and collaborate with customers, business managers, the development team, and other stakeholders to ensure goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Define CMDB (Configuration Management Database) data model and governance. IT asset discovery, including their relationships and automated CMDB fields population. Manage, maintain and secure ITSM related end‑points by defining stories, understanding business value, and prioritizing the team’s backlog to assure program priorities and value delivery objectives. Collaborate with Product Management, Customers, Stakeholders and Business Owners to maintain a strong understanding of evolving business priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and high proficiency in programming fundamentals. Ability to clearly communicate and define product stories, work with the team to prioritize backlog, and align with product management, customers, and business owners. Maintain team backlog – Partnering with architects within and outside SMAPE (Service Management and Application & Platform Engineering) to build, edit, and maintain team backlog, including dependencies, priorities, business value, and enablers. PI (Program Increment) planning – Review and reprioritize the backlog as part of PI preparation, coordinate dependencies with other POs, and communicate story detail and priorities during the PI event. Working knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Azure, ServiceNow, and vendor engagement. About You Applications from motivated and talented individuals with a keen interest in the energy industry are encouraged.
