AMT Jr. Technical Instructor

Join SEA Aviation as a Jr. Technical Instructor - AMT, where you will teach technical and non-technical courses like HFEM, PCAR, and ATR 42/72-500 Leve III. If you have experience as a technical instructor, we would love to have you on board

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective conduct of training courses by utilizing the most appropriate training methodology to ensure all course objectives are achieved.

• Involve in the design and/or revision of course syllabus.

• Responsible in formulating course examinations on assigned subjects or topics.

• Assist aircraft personnel in troubleshooting and rectification analysis.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team or engineering technical personnel on the various flight and ground equipment operated by the company that might be used for technical training.

• Design and develop training and developmental programs, for company trainers to meet business requirements.

• Produce training materials for in-house courses.

• Monitors and reviews the progress of company trainees using various methods in conjunction with departmental managers.

• Report directly to the Technical Training Section Head or Training Manager and monitors the training records of the technical training and ensures that it follows with the requirements of CAAP PCAR Part 3.

• Act as training coordinator and assist fellow instructor in conductions of training courses.

• As coordinator, prepare the necessary resources before and after the conduction of the technical training course.

• Accept other related tasks as advised by the Training Manager.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Aircraft Maintenance Technology in any Approved Training Organization – Maintenance School.

• With CAAP Aircraft Technician License rated in Airframe and Powerplant.

• With ATR 42/72-212A – 500/600 Level 3 Initial Type Training.

• At least 1 year experience in AMO or ATO with the same aircraft being maintained or as an instructor conducting same aircraft covering aircraft systems, servicing and inspection.

• Good communications skills, trustworthy and goal-oriented team player.
