Prepare and process payments to suppliers, vendors, and other entities through checks, electronic transfers, or other authorized methods.
- Document Verification:

Review and validate all requests for payment, ensuring they are complete, accurately documented, and have the necessary approvals.
- Record Keeping:

Accurately record and encode all disbursement transactions into the company's accounting system in a timely manner.
- Bank Reconciliation:

Assist in reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of financial records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all payments comply with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, and assist in preparing disbursement reports for management and auditors.
- Coordination:

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., treasury, accounting) and external parties (e.g., banks) to facilitate payment processes and resolve issues.
