Job Description:

Compasia Technology Philippines Inc. is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Production Department Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in production operations and continuous improvement initiatives in the fast-paced tech refurbishing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring daily production activities and workflow
  • Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting of production KPIs
  • Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production efficiency
  • Maintain and organize production-related documentation

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
