. Marketing:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Provide status reports to the Operations Manager on overall sales and marketing activities.

II. Sales:

Telemarketing and Client Engagement:

  • Conduct telemarketing calls using contacts, referrals, the yellow pages, industry sources and other business leads.
  • Assist guests and clients for ocular inspection
  • Conduct and coordinate site inspections of the hotel as requested.
  • Conduct surveys and ocular inspections on the competition at least once a month.

Sales Strategy and Business Development

  • Ensure complete market and competitor knowledge of all hotels within the area.
  • Develop close coordination with operations to ensure execution of strategies or requests.
  • Negotiate deals and contract rates with the guidance of the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all negotiated contracts are signed and copies kept on file.
  • Create sales proposals and action plans for existing clients.
  • Prepare and customize quality sales presentations for meetings.
  • Represent the hotel in different meetings, trade professional associations and social events as needed.

III. Administrative Duties:

  • Create and sends insertion orders to all media as and when needed, in coordination with IMS.
  • Prepares weekly minutes of the meeting and or monthly reports required or as requested.
  • Attend internal or external training programs as requested or needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
