Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone starting or having their Salesforce career, eager to learn, and ready to gain hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day management, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.

- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and list views to meet team needs.

- Maintain data integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, and regular audits.

- Manage data imports/exports using Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.

- Support automation processes, including Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder.

- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide training where needed.

- Assist in testing and deployment of new features or enhancements.

- Document configurations, workflows, and system changes.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend applicable features.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • 1–2 years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Reports, Dashboards, and Flows.
  • Understanding of data relationships, security, and sharing settings.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
  • Good written English comprehension

Preferred but Not Required:

- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

- Knowledge of third-party integrations and AppExchange apps.

- Exposure to marketing automation tools like Pardot or Campaign Monitor.
