Your mission As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be the driving force behind the optimization and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. Your mission is to ensure that Salesforce serves as a reliable, scalable, and efficient backbone for our sales and marketing teams. You will manage system configurations, maintain data integrity, and enable users through streamlined processes and actionable insights. By partnering closely with stakeholders, you will translate business needs into smart technical solutions that empower growth and operational excellence. Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities Salesforce Administration Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment, covering Sales, Marketing, and Finance processes. Own the day-to-day configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Partner with stakeholders and external agencies to prioritize enhancements and align system capabilities with business objectives. Data Integrity & Governance Develop and enforce data standards to ensure a single source of truth for all customer and prospect information. Analytics, Reporting & User Enablement Deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards, support campaign execution, and provide user training and support to maximize adoption and efficiency. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration and administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Why us?
