YOUR ROLE Configure and customize Fusion Framework (built on Salesforce) to support business use cases, workflows, and dashboards. Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, approval processes, and custom metadata. Build and optimize custom components (Apex, LWC/Visualforce) where needed. Manage data models, permission sets, roles, profiles, and sharing rules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional technical solutions. Support integration with external systems (ServiceNow, email platforms, data sources, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Maintain system documentation and provide end-user support or training when required. YOUR PROFILE 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration. Proven experience working with the Fusion Framework (Fusion Risk Management) or similar managed packages. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and approval processes. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Process Builder. Experience with Salesforce security model, including OWD, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets. Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) and deployment best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform Developer I (PD1). Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Outlook, or other third-party systems. Knowledge of Fusion-specific data models and resilience use cases. Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments. What you’ll like about working here?
