Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
