We are seeking a motivated Telco Satellite Client Support Representative to provide excellent customer service for our satellite telecommunications clients. You will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and chats related to satellite telecom services
  • Assist clients with service activation, troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and general questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Follow company policies and procedures to deliver consistent and high-quality support
  • Meet performance goals including customer satisfaction and response time
Qualifications:
  • At least a High School graduate
  • No prior call center experience required
  • Good communication skills, B2 CEFR level or equivalent
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
