Place of Assignment: Crossing, Calamba City, Laguna
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring a consistent and fair evaluation process.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any business related course.
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in HR
- Performs other related task that may be assigned to support departmental and company goals and objectives.
- Willing to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
