Overall Objectives:

Manage and control inventory flow and stocks for both Finished Goods and service parts including data management and analysis for overall SCM and Warehouse. And the FG Demand Planning Specialist is responsible in Sales and Operations processes including demand and supply analysis, forecast accuracy improvement, inventory optimization, and other planning tasks. He / She will ensure availability of Finished Goods, and will serve as focal person between Sales, and PSD.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage inventory flow and control build & purchase

· Secure enough inventory available for both FG's and parts needed by Sales

· Review and analyze the inventory position and weekly update

· Work with Demand Planning Specialist and Finance for the inventory disposition and provision on monthly basis

· Generate and provide analysis for the inventory projection and ITO (Inventory turn-over)/DIO (days inventory on hand)

· Lead the inventory burndown and disposal along with Sales and Demand Planning Specialist

· Provide inventory read out on monthly basis

· Work closely with Demand Planning Specialist and Logistics regarding inventory projection and execution.

· Demand and supply planning preparations and analysis for product life cycle / replenishment. Ensure to update PSI report regularly.

· Focal person to all Sales inquiries in terms of SKU inventory and availability.

· Monthly forecast meeting with Sales and whenever needed.

· Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related courses.
  • Min of 5 years as Planner related to Supply Chain management.
  • Strong background with MRP system or other system provider as long as connected to Planning/Inventory Management.
  • With strong background and experience in terms of dealing with external and internal customer.
  • Knowledge in inventory, MRP planning and Customer service is preferred and advantage.
  • Experience in Supply Chain is mandatory.
  • Knowledge in MS office and basic excel programming.
  • CAN START ASAP.
