Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Sr. Director, Planning to join the team. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.

Accountabilities

• Establish manufacturing schedules/priorities for all products
• Schedule in-house test operation, along with subcontract wafer fab, assembly and final test activities
• Drive manufacturing operations to achieve world class on time delivery performance
• Participate in worldwide capacity planning. Establish cycle time goals and achieve their attainment
• Coordinate software planning and manufacturing. Drive enhancements to manufacturing software
• Maintain reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and procedures. Oversee the monitoring of daily/weekly die exports by product line and export type to ensure product line compliance with forecasts
• Evaluate and recommend changes in scheduling, planning, reporting and inventory control systems; aid and assist in the implementation of systems as required
• Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
• Plan, strategize and manage inventory and supply to execute and meet company goals such as revenue, delivery performance and cycle time
• Build strong partnerships with Sales and customer supply management team to enhance visibility into customer behavior and industry dynamics against supply
• Develop and implement forecasts for assembly and test suppliers/subcons to ensure capacity and material availability
• Manage executive-level reporting and communication of forecast risks, opportunities, and challenges
• Business Review with subcon/supplier management top leaders
• Drive manufacturing excellence towards consistent Worldclass lead time and delivery performance

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, supply chain management, business administration).
• Extensive experience in semiconductor planning, supply chain management, or related areas, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
• Relevant experience or exposure to Wafer Fabrication is a must
• Proficiency in demand forecasting, production planning, capacity planning, and supply chain management principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex planning challenges
