Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Forecasting

  • Develop and continuously enhance forecasting templates to support all forecasting activities and processes.

  • Support commercial teams (CE and Sales) in the monthly forecasting activity (SPO) at the dealer and SKU level to generate latest forecast aligned with latest trends, and business directions
  • Work with Product Management to create a 12-month rolling forecast (MPO) at SKU level aligned with product launch timelines and commercial strategies.

  • Perform deep-dive analysis of ongoing trends and market data to generate forecast recommendations, collaborating closely with the Commercial Team to incorporate their insights.

  • Annual and Quarterly Target Setting

  • Support the development of annual and quarterly operational volume and value targets by providing historical insights, trend analysis, and data-driven recommendations.

  • Partner with commercial teams (Sales, Marketing), demand planning, business analytics, and finance to align forecast assumptions with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Analyze the impact of commercial initiatives, product launches, and external market factors to refine operational targets.

  • Create and maintain documentation of assumptions, methodologies, and risks related to target setting.

  • Forecast Accuracy Tracking and Plan of Action

  • Monitor and track forecast accuracy at multiple levels (SKU, dealer, region) using predefined KPIs.

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis for significant forecast variances and share to Sales team for corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into forecast performance and trends.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast quality, including data cleansing, and adoption of forecasting best practices.

  • Alignment and Collaboration with Demand Planning

  • Collaborate closely with demand planning team to ensure assumptions, constraints, and customer insights are fully reflected in operational forecasts.

  • Facilitate regular alignment meetings to sync on forecast updates, market intelligence, and supply constraints.
  • Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycles by preparing relevant inputs, validating forecast outputs, and presenting operational insights.

  • Aftermarket Demand Planning

  • Support the Sales Operation Service head in the aftermarket demand planning for service parts, accessories, and replacement components.

  • Others:

  • Support the Commercial Effectiveness and Sales Operations Services team as needed

  • Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of 4-year course preferably Statistics, Mathematics, Business related.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in demand planning or operational forecasting.
  • Possesses strong critical thinking and analytics, forward thinking, problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills and eye for details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and powerpoint.
  • Adaptability/ flexibility to work scope, can work with different personalities and at different levels of communication, proactive, passionate to deliver and make things work, collaborative, performance driven and results-oriented.
