Role Overview

As an Audit Supervisor, you'll oversee all phases of audit engagements—from planning and execution to wrap-up—while mentoring junior staff and supporting client relationships. You'll also contribute to practice development through proposal support and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit engagements of varying size and complexity, ensuring quality, adherence to budget, and timely completion
  • Supervise and mentor audit associates and interns; perform in-charge roles as necessary
  • Review financial statements and resolve technical accounting issues with thorough research and documentation
  • Maintain strong, professional client relationships by addressing concerns promptly and recommending improvements
  • Use audit software tools (e.g., CASEWARE, IDEA, Excel, Word) for efficient audit execution
  • Assist partners and managers in proposals and business development initiatives
  • Uphold strict confidentiality, ethical standards, and relevant professional regulations (IFAC, AICPA, ACCA)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Valid CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification in good standing
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, including in-charge audit responsibilities
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and engagement management capabilities
  • Proficient with audit tools and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work extra hours and travel locally or internationally as needed
