Project Development Specialist- Fresh Graduates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts market research and competitor scans.
  • Basic knowledge of the project development role including systems and procedures.
  • Assists in preparing a business plan which can involve activities from land acquisition, conceptualization, and implementation.
  • Prepares financial projections, price lists, and payment term studies and recommends sales strategies such as promos, incentives, and payment schemes.
  • Coordinates with marketing in the preparation of materials and assists during sales and marketing activities.
  • Provide support to other departments about PD-related matters.
  • Monitors and prepares PD and sales reports.
  • Gathers and relays relevant sales/customer feedback.
  • Assists in activities which may be assigned from time to time.
  • Handles administrative matters.
  • Prepares requirements and coordinates with the legal department regarding permits.
  • Monitors construction progress ensuring that these are on schedule and within budget.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Business Course, preferably BS Economics.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
