About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Marketing & Product Operations Analyst to support our marketing and product teams in executing day-to-day operational tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of promotional campaigns, bonus issuance, data collection, and process tracking across teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain exposure in both marketing execution and product operations in a fast-paced online gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the issuance and tracking of bonuses, promotional credits, and player rewards based on approved campaign mechanics.
  • Support in data collection and preparation of reports related to marketing campaigns, player engagement, product features, and other initiatives.
  • Help maintain internal records of promos, bonus usage, and system logs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support, payments) for campaign rollout and issue resolution.
  • Conduct basic analysis of player behavior, promo performance, and campaign ROI using available data tools.
  • Ensure timely encoding and accuracy of product/marketing-related updates on internal systems and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to both the Marketing and Product teams.
  • Support ongoing process improvements and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, product support, or a related junior role (internship experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with reporting dashboards or basic analytics is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Interest in online gaming, digital platforms, or marketing tech is a plus.
