Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new resellers for frozen pork, ready-to-cook, and ready-to-eat products.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and market research activities that support reseller acquisition.

  • Oversee and mentor the Sales Associate in daily activities related to lead generation, client outreach, and account management.

  • Identify and pursue new key accounts such as supermarkets, convenience stores, food service providers, and other potential business partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective resellers to ensure long-term business partnerships.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food industry or FMCG sector.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Willingness to travel as needed within assigned territories.
