Job Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 1 year in college with 6 months of BPO experience.
  • Willing to work night shifts
  • Amenable to working in Mandaluyong or other sites.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be willing to work fully on-site

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Resolve client concerns and provide accurate information
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance metrics and quality standards
