Job Description:
- Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Experience handling a healthcare account is a PLUS
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
- Willing to work night shifts
