DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures accurate and timely submission of documents and sees to it that all transactions run smoothly
  • Processes the following documents, including but not limited to the compilation, submission of the documentary requirements and following up the status with the difference agencies.
  • Submits building plans at Zoning and Building Permit and Certificate of Occupancy at City Engineer's Office.
  • Facilitates application for Building Permit and Certificate of Completion
  • Prepares requirements for submission of documents to DENR for processing of ECC or Environment Certificate of Compliance
  • Facilitates the release of ECC needed for the approval of (PAL-C) Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance and Development Permit.
  • Checks and verifies all information stated on all documents prior to submission to pinpoint possible problems that may occur.
  • Ensures accurateness of all information stated on all documents prior to submission
  • Reports to Immediate Superior any problem that may occur during processing of documents
  • Maintains a progress report of all accounts and keeps it updated, as necessary.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course.
  • At least two (2) years relevant experience
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,300.00 per month
