Job Title: MEPFS Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEPFS Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in mid-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in the implementation of Construction Management activities, including preparing and storing project status and accomplishment reports.

2. Coordinate and monitor all contractors involved in the project as Owner Representative, ensuring that MEPFS subcontractors adhere to relevant quality documentation/records and project safety regulations & health protocols as per government standard.

3. Facilitate problem-solving between MEPFS contractors during construction, validate design issues related to MEPFS, and suggest alternative solutions.

4. Assist in the receipt and review of MEPFS submittals, log and post all MEPFS changes and as-built information on field drawings, and prepare cost estimates for budgetary purposes.

5. Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEPFS contractor, coordinating and administering MEPFS-related materials, systems, and shop drawings.

6. Liaison with Consultant MEPFS supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff, ensuring that MEPFS Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: College Graduate / Bachelor's Degree / Licensed Engineer

Qualifications Required: Preferably Electrical Eng'r, can be ME but with knowledge in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Preferably experienced in Midrise Constructions
