The Admin Officer - Nurse plays a dual role in providing both administrative and clinical support within the organizational. This position combines the responsibilities of a front-desk receptionist with the clinical expertise of a registered nurse, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties
- Perform employees' assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Performs first aid during situations.
- Coordinates with external medical services when in need.
Administrative Duties
- Greet and check-in visitors or employees upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, faxing, and managing correspondence

- Investigating and analyzing injury trends, researching possible occupational hazards, and collaborating with safety teams and managers
- Maintains copy of employees and department directories as a guide for directing guest and visitors
- Maintains reception tidy, organize and presentable manner.
- Other tasked that may assign, and related clerical works such front desk responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors.
- Address and resolve employees' concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure employees' confidentiality and maintain the integrity of employees' information
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Preferably with OSHA (Organizational Safety and Administration) Training.
