Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our search engine optimization strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our website visibility, driving organic traffic, and improving our online presence to support lead generation and sales in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals and B2B manufacturing markets

  • Conduct keyword research for manufacturing clients, including conversational and AI search patterns

  • Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences (LLMs, voice search)

  • Apply copywriting principles to create compelling, search-optimized content without over-relying on AI tools

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices: meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup

  • Manage off-page SEO: strategic backlink building, directory listings, content outreach

  • Collaborate strategically with marketing, design, and product teams to align content goals

  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and emerging AI search tools

  • Create SEO-friendly blogs, case studies, and product pages optimized for both human readers and AI summarization

  • Monitor technical SEO health: site speed, mobile responsiveness, core web vitals

  • Stay current with search evolution, algorithm updates, and competitor activities

  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

  • Experience with technical SEO, link building strategies, and keyword research.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong copywriting skills

  • Understanding of LLM content optimization

  • Ability to balance AI assistance with human creativity

Preferred:

  • Experience in manufacturing or healthcare industry marketing.

  • Knowledge of PPC advertising and integration with SEO campaigns.

  • Familiarity with content marketing and social media optimization.

  • Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
  • Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB
  • Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
  • Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
  • REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
  • REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
