About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at All Done 88 Construction Corporation in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, contributing to the design, planning and execution of complex infrastructure and building developments.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting site inspections, monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Analysing project requirements, producing detailed drawings, specifications and cost estimates
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the construction phase
  • Preparing progress reports and communicating updates to clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably within the construction industry
  • Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit and project management tools
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail
  • Professional registration or licensing as a Civil Engineer in the Philippines
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
