We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in telecom cell site design, construction, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the civil engineering aspects of wireless communications infrastructure, including towers, rooftop sites, monopoles, foundations, shelters, and associated site facilities.

The Civil Engineer will lead end-to-end civil works for new site builds, upgrades, and structural assessments while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management

  2. Oversee civil works from conception to completion for network rollout and modernization projects.

  3. Manage contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  4. Coordinate with RF, transmission, power, and infrastructure teams for seamless integration.

  5. Construction & Quality Assurance

  6. Supervise site construction, including excavation, foundation works, tower erection, shelter installation, fencing, and site restoration.

  7. Perform field inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with engineering requirements.

  8. Resolve on-site issues, approve materials, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

  9. Compliance & Documentation

  10. Ensure all site-related activities comply with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.

  11. Review and sign off technical documents, As-Built drawings, method statements, and inspection reports.
  12. Maintain accurate project documentation and engineering records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in civil engineering for telecom cell sites.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design codes, tower engineering, foundation design, and geotechnical evaluation.
  • Solid understanding of telecom site components: towers, poles, rooftop supports, grounding, shelters, cable trays, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and multiple site projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
