Job description:

  • Supervises, plans, and coordinates the maintenance, repair, and alteration of all company structures, related physical facilities, and vehicle fleets.
  • Oversees and analyzes maintenance and ground-keeping needs to establish standards for effective preventive maintenance and vehicle maintenance programs.
  • Supervises the preparation of plans and specifications for repairs, additions, or alterations to the fleet units, or equipment.
  • Establishes standards of preventive maintenance for the fleet units and facilities.
  • Approves work requisitions.
  • Submits monthly departmental reports; reviews and recommends departmental personnel needs.
  • Develops and supervises the preparation of reports/presentations to the Executives.
  • Supervises compliance with Safety protocols.
  • Communicate with other administrators and personnel to coordinate work, supply, equipment, and personnel requirements, resolve issues and conflicts, and exchange information; provide recommendations concerning equipment, materials, personnel, policies, and procedures.
  • Interview, select, train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel; discipline, reassign, or recommend termination of employees as needed.
  • Assess the company's needs for unit repair, maintenance, cleaning, and general upkeep of company infrastructures, equipment, grounds, and vehicles; establish priorities for maintenance, and develop cleaning and repair schedules accordingly.
  • Supervise the Department's deferred maintenance plan.
  • Attend and conduct a variety of staff and management meetings as assigned.
  • Plan, supervise, organize, manage, oversee, and inspect the progress of maintenance schedules, trouble repairs, and corrective maintenance duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ ECE) or equivalent

· At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position

· Open-minded and a good team player

· With good oral and written communication skills (proficient in English verbally and in writing), must have the ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.

· Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems independently.

· Has strong technical, analytical, and development skills.

· Knowledgeable in various technologies such as mechanical, electrical, electronics, and electromechanical.

· Willing to relocate (if there's support needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
