We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to manage our affiliate marketing initiatives for the OFW/Seaman loan sector. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for leading a team and building a robust network of partners to generate leads and drive loan applications.

Key Functions:

  • Partner Acquisition & Development: Supervise the team's efforts to identify and recruit affiliates like loan consultants, influencers, financial advisors, and community organizations. You will also design and implement effective incentive structures and promotions.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the creation and execution of data-driven campaigns, collaborating with other marketing teams to produce high-quality assets for our partners.
  • Performance Optimization: Use affiliate tracking platforms to monitor key metrics, ensuring partners are meeting performance goals. You will provide regular performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture strong relationships with existing partners and oversee the team's ongoing communication and support efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Marketing or Business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or a related role, with a preference for experience in financial services.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with the OFW community is a significant plus.
  • Preferably must be open to fieldwork
