Job Description:
Reporting to the head of operations - develops and executes channel-specific marketing strategies to drive product demand, brand visibility, and sales within retail and distribution environments. This role bridges the gap between sales and marketing, collaborating with partners like retailers and distributors to understand their needs and make products attractive to them, this includes the overall look of offline stores and relevant team coordination to ensure
Expected Skills and Abilities:
● Strategic Thinking - Ability to develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
● Analytical Skills - Proficiency in analyzing market data, consumer insights, and competitor trends to inform decision-making.
● Communication & Collaboration - Strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, fostering clear and effective communication.
● Financial Acumen - Experience in managing and optimizing trade marketing budgets and investments.
● Market Knowledge - Understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and specific channel dynamics within their industry.
● Digital Savvy - Proficiency in digital tools and strategies to support omnichannel efforts and data-driven campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop & Execute Strategies - Create and implement marketing plans and campaigns tailored for specific trade channels to increase product visibility and sales.
● Channel Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, providing them with the support and incentives needed to sell products effectively.
● Promotional Activities - Design and manage in-store promotions, product launches, and loyalty programs to boost demand at the retail level.
● Budget Management - Develop and manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a strong return on investment.
● Materials & Merchandising - Create and manage point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and other merchandising tools to enhance brand presentation and product appeal.
● Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including sales, brand marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure a consistent approach.
● Analysis & Reporting - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, analyzing market trends and consumer insights to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
● 3 to 5 years of experience in trade marketing, or related field
● Strong analytical, communication, project management and strategic planning skills
● Experience in defining and documenting related process is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
