The Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems within properties managed by Provalue Property Services Inc. The role ensures efficient, safe, and compliant plumbing operations to support uninterrupted property services for tenants and occupants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems including water lines, drainage pipes, sewer lines, valves, and fixtures.

2. Ensure proper operation of pumps, water tanks, pressure systems, and related plumbing equipment.

3. Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies such as leaks, clogged drains, burst pipes, and water supply issues.

4. Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, floor drains, and piping systems.

5. Assist in plumbing works related to renovations, fit-outs, and improvement projects.

6. Read and interpret plumbing layouts, schematics, and technical drawings.

7. Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, health and sanitation regulations, and company safety policies.

8. Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, corrosion, blockages, and potential system failures.

9. Properly use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

10. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

11. Report recurring plumbing issues and recommend corrective or preventive measures.

12. Coordinate with supervisors and property management regarding plumbing concerns.

13. Coordinate with other engineering trades such as electrical, mechanical, and HVAC for integrated maintenance works.

14. Assist contractors during major plumbing repairs, installations, or system upgrades.

15. Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Vocational or technical certification in Plumbing or a related field.
  2. With valid plumbing license or TESDA certification (preferred).
  3. At least 1–3 years of experience as a plumber in property management, commercial buildings, or hospitality-related facilities.
  4. Knowledge of plumbing systems, sanitary standards, and preventive maintenance practices.

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Good communication and coordination skills
  8. Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,127.92 per month
