Position Summary:

Oversees the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of equipments including but not limited to landscaping, gardening, architectural and housekeeping, audio-visual equipment, electrical systems, elevator, fire detection & alarm system; heating, ventilation & air conditioning and other systems to ensure efficient operation.

Organizational Setting:

Reports to: Client; Facilities & Admin Manager

Coordinates with: Clients, Sub-contractors and local hires, as well as co-employees both in field

and office

Supervises: Technicians , Carpenter, Plumber

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversees the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of landscaping & gardening, swimming pool, architectural & housekeeping, audio-visual equipments, electrical systems, generator, UPS, elevator, FDAS and HVAC.

· Inspects facilities and generates inspection reports. Recommend to client site improvement and energy savings initiatives.

· Monitors activities and keeps records of preventive maintenance programs conducted by vendors.

· Supervise all the multi-skilled technician to ensure proper executions of routine, preventive, as well as, corrective maintenance of facilities system, and critical areas/equipment responsible for their regular evaluation on overall performance.

· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on such dates as may be required by the client and Facilities and Admin Manager that highlights the performance of the services rendered, work accomplishments including projects with cost-saving initiatives, innovations, and other work improvement programs

· Daily Monitoring of the property and checklist of the equipment.

· Ensure the reliable operations of building equipment system, physical appearance, safety and security of all facilities by conducting regular inspection and consistently implement preventive maintenance when necessary.

· Monitor inventory of tools and engineering consumables.

· Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.

· Attend client meetings for facilities matters.

Position Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

· With at least 3 years of work experience in same capacity or background

· Technically adept on electrical and mechanical equipment and devices

· Leadership and interpersonal skills

· Values integrity

· Proficient in basic computer applications and ERP

· Good communication skills both written and verbal

· Assertive

· Amenable to do office and field/site works from time to time.

Position specifications:

· Involves moderate discomfort and/or risk such as operating heavy machinery or dangerous equipment, or frequent exposure to hazardous materials

· Involves lifting of heavy materials and work tools

· Alternatively, the work area may be subject to environmental discomfort such as poor ventilation, loud noises, and/or extremes of heat or cold.[RR6]

· Work often requires wearing protective gear that may be uncomfortable

· Works indoors and outdoors and will be exposed to variable weather when working outdoors

· Work requires continuous moderate with some strenuous physical exertion including standing, climbing, crawling, and regular lifting of objects

· Amenable to do office and field/site works from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
