The Warehouse Manager oversees the entire warehouse and logistics functions. They coordinate and organize all activities involved in the distribution of the company's products.

  • Strategically manage Tanza warehouse in compliance with the company policies and goals.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate delivery of products to provincial branches, clients, and other designated destinations
  • Oversee warehouse and logistics day-to-day activities & transactions
  • Develop and implement efficient, cost-saving, and sustainable processes & policies
  • Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and proactive manner
  • Conduct daily work area inspection and maintain standards of a safe, clean, and secure work environment
  • Ensure that warehouse physical assets (building, inventory, equipment, and vehicle) are maintained, controlled, and properly utilized
  • Plan and optimize manpower allocation, scheduling, and workflow
  • Track the department's Objectives and Key Results and monitor its progress through data-driven approaches
  • Performs other related duties assigned for continuous improvement of the work unit

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, shippers, and customers.
  • Knows Good Warehousing Practices
  • With a great sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, proactive, resourceful and creative thinker
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management and any MRP/ERP Systems - SAP, Oracle, and etc.
  • With at least eight (8) years of warehouse/logistics supervisory experience
  • Preferably has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Must be willing to work in Tanza/Naic, Cavite and travel occasionally to other base points as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
