Rebisco Group of Food Companies is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the safekeeping, management and inventory control of raw, packaging and finished goods while ensuring that product quality is preserved across the value chain at optimized costs.
  • Oversees and coordinates daily warehousing activities by implementing quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
  • Oversees stock control and order processing.
  • Ensures that quality, delivery and budget objectives are met.
  • Keeps stock control systems up to date and prepare plans for future capacity requirements.
  • Produces regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Carries out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems.
  • Ensures the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouses by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Oversees the planned maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.

This could be for you if you're:

  • A Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any 4-year course
  • With at least 3 years related work experience in warehouse operations in a manufacturing firm or logistics firm.
  • With advance skill and knowledge on storage and handling of Raw / Packaging / General Materials and vehicle specifications
  • Willing to be based in Tanza, Cavite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tanza, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Warehouse Operations: 3 years (Preferred)
