Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience? We are seeking a talented Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Cebu City. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice of our business, providing high-quality assistance and resolutions to customers of our Telco client. This is a full-time role based in our Cebu City office.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers over the phone, email and chat to understand and resolve their inquiries and issues
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Carefully document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for efficient resolution
  • Suggest improvements to streamline customer support processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer service software and call centre technologies
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
