We are looking fora Telco Account (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a Telco Account (CSR), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our telecommunications clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of customer issues related to telecommunications services
  3. Providing detailed explanations of product features, services, and pricing to customers
  4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  1. At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
  2. With at least 1 year of Telco experience
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, to provide seamless customer support
