
Product Admin

- Assist in the preparation of Business Reports (BR) and Sales Reports.
- Maintain accurate and updated product-related records and documentation
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Team regarding product availability and supplier updates.
- Answer inquiries from the Distribution Planner regarding incoming stocks, item arrivals, and availability.
- Submit and forward approved orders to the Sales Admin Team.
- Keep track of sales performance and inventory levels.
- Facilitate replenishment of stocks and initiate stock transfer requests when necessary.
- Monitor incoming shipments to ensure accurate scheduling and proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in product administration, inventory management, forecasting or Material Planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Work Arrangement:
- On-site work at 88 Kapiligan St. Doña Imelda, Quezon City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5: 40 pm
