About the Role:

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to enhance and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably in the finance industry, along with strong analytical skills. Key responsibilities include delivering new features, maintaining system performance for the Private Sector Operation Department (PSOD), and collaborating with ITD colleagues to implement changes. This role offers the opportunity to develop impactful solutions within a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities

  • Design, customize, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business processes and requirements, integrating them with other systems.

  • Serve as a Level 3 Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for troubleshooting complex CRM application issues, providing advanced technical support and resolution.

  • Manage incidents by providing timely status updates, conducting thorough root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures to minimize recurrence.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

  • Oversee solution implementation, assist in quality assurance, deployment, and support phases, and monitor product performance for improvement opportunities.

  • Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

Skills

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration.

  • Familiarity with CRM modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, or Customer Insights.

  • Strong understanding of CRM development principles and best practices, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).

  • Experience in C#, .NET Development and familiarity with SQL Server.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Experience with ITIL, Agile, or similar IT frameworks.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of client's private sector operations, CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit.
