Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead with expertise in Java

Spring Boot, React or Angular, and MongoDB. This role will involve leading the design and

implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications, managing cross-functional teams, and shaping the technical roadmap. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and technical acumen to ensure that all products are built to the highest standards of quality, performance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java Spring Boot-based applications.
  • Manage the integration of front-end frameworks like React or Angular with back-end

services.

  • Ensure the efficient use of MongoDB for managing large-scale data.
  • Prioritize features and development tasks in line with business objectives in an Agile

environment.

  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high product

quality.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality

features and enhancements.

  • Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead with a focus on Java Spring Boot.
  • Strong experience with front-end frameworks, including React or Angular.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB and database management.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and working in iterative development cycles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing development teams.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and handle cross-team

communication.
