The Video Editor is responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases the company's brand, promotions, events, and guest experiences. This role involves managing the full post-production process—editing raw footage, enhancing with graphics, effects, and audio, and delivering engaging content for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and in-house promotions.


Core Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit raw footage into compelling promotional videos, event highlights, and campaign materials.
  • Add sound effects, music, voice-overs, graphics, and motion design to enhance content.
  • Adapt videos for various platforms (social media, digital screens, in-house TV, and event displays).

2. Content Creation

  • Produce marketing videos promoting gaming, entertainment, dining, hotel, and lifestyle offerings.
  • Support the production of VIP-focused content, gaming promotions, and special resort events.
  • Capture and edit video content for tournaments, concerts, seasonal campaigns, and property launches.

3. Collaboration & Creative Input

  • Work closely with the marketing, F&B, entertainment, and events teams to develop engaging video content.
  • Provide creative input on storyboarding, scripting, and branding.
  • Ensure videos align with the resort's image, gaming regulations, and brand standards.

4. File & Project Management

  • Manage video files, archives, and project storage.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain proper documentation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in editing and post-production.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to craft engaging narratives showcasing casino and resort lifestyle.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong sense of pacing, sound synchronization, and visual appeal.
  • Collaboration: Effective in working with cross-department teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with strict deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in video editing, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or gaming industry.
  • Portfolio demonstrating event highlights, promotional, and social media videos.
  • Knowledge of audio editing, color grading, and motion graphics.
  • Experience in casino, hospitality, or entertainment marketing is an advantage.
