About the Roles

We are looking for high-impact Brand Leads and Category Leaders to drive brand growth, category performance, and strategic initiatives across the business. These roles will play a key part in shaping brand direction, strengthening market presence, and delivering commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand and/or category strategy, planning, and execution
  • Drive business growth through strong market, consumer, and competitive insights
  • Manage end-to-end brand or category performance (P&L exposure preferred)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Develop and execute campaigns, launches, and innovation initiatives
  • Present strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor teams (scope depends on level)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Brand Management or Category Management
  • Background in FMCG, retail, consumer, or related industries preferred
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Leadership experience required for senior roles (Manager–Director level)
