About the Role

As Content Systems Administrator, you will be our go-to expert for global class scheduling and system reliability, ensuring our studios stay connected and running seamlessly every day.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll oversee global class scheduling and content distribution, ensure seamless operations across all studios, and be the first line of support when technical issues arise.

In partnership with Operations, Content, and Construction teams, you'll coordinate new studio setups, troubleshoot system challenges, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of this role: Strategy & Planning

This role reports to the Director, Global Operations and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Manage global content scheduling and distribution through Yodeck
• Coordinate with the content team on class uploads and scheduling
• Oversee daily class scheduling across all studios, including regional variations
• Diagnose and resolve system, player, and connectivity issues
• Partner with Operations for urgent troubleshooting and system reboots
• Liaise with Yodeck technical support, escalating complex issues as needed
• Review and improve documentation and SOPs for system processes
• Coordinate technical setup and installations for new studios with Construction
• Support studio staff on hardware and system-related questions
• Manage data tracking and reporting for system reliability, generating uptime metrics and documenting recurring issues to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Promote the company's culture, values, and outward mindset through collaborative engagement and continuous process improvement

To secure an interview, you should possess the following:

• 2+ years in content management systems or technical operations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented with capacity to manage scheduling across multiple regions
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and AV systems
• Willingness to adjust schedule when required for cross-region collaboration
• Strong organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working independently, proactive, solutions-oriented, and flexible with scheduling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and collaboration tools

This is a full-time remote position. Although there is flexibility on the work schedule, you will need to be able to work hours that are able to connect with Australia and US timezones.
