  • Encode and update data from the company's existing QNE system to SAP using Excel for export and upload, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all entries.
  • Review and verify the accuracy and consistency of data prior to encoding or uploading, under the supervision and guidance of the SAP Team.
  • Maintain and organize upload records in the company's SAP shared folder, ensuring files are properly labeled, stored, and easy to retrieve.
  • Ensure that all files and data are kept strictly confidential, following company data privacy and security protocols.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify or correct discrepancies in records or uploaded data.
  • Assist in generating basic reports and summaries as needed to support operational and management requirements.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity and support process improvements for faster and more efficient data handling.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and deadlines to maintain smooth workflow and support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any two-year or four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to render overtime when necessary to meet targets.
  • Upholds confidentiality and maintains professionalism at all times.
