Job Description

  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and manpower directories.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the department liaison for internal and external coordination.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information based on department or program needs.
  • Manage calls, messages, and requests while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Compile and organize operational and technical reports, data, and statistics.
  • Conduct second interviews for administrative applicants and assist in training coordination.
  • Support department visitors and ensure administrative needs are met.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly billables, sample dispatches, and tools of trade reports.
  • Encode VAT and manage requisitions for forms, cash advances, and check requests.
  • Monitor liquidations, quit claims, and IBOB reports.
  • Assist in processing training allowances and logistical requirements for special programs.
  • Coordinate directly with clients for service assistance and special requirements.
