Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Accounting Department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial recordkeeping, reporting, and other key accounting functions within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounting Executive with daily accounting operations and data entry tasks.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of accounting records, documents, and reports.
  • Help reconcile invoices, payments, and financial statements as needed.
  • Participate in the verification and organization of financial data.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities when required.
  • Provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects related to the Accounting Department.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php4, Php5,000.00 per month
