Job Role and Description:

As a Source-to-Pay (S2P) System analyst at Denova, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, optimisation and management of Source to Pay systems for our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in digital Procurement and Finance technology, automation and processes while working alongside industry professionals.

This role is open solely to fresh graduates based in the Philippines. You will work on a fully-remote setup, following mid-shift hours (3 PM to 12 MN Philippine Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Source to Pay software solutions for clients.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and help tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.

  • Participate in data analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for improving solution efficiency.

  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of Source to Pay systems.

  • Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Source to Pay systems.

  • Assist in the creation of documentation, user guides, and training materials.

  • Stay current with trends and best practices in digital Source to Pay systems and their functionalities.

  • Engage in Internal Denova Activities (blog and article writing, conducting research, creating posts for social media, and being Denova brand ambassador).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of Procurement and Accounts payable processes is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
