Golden Acres Food Service Corporation is looking for a proactive and driven Finance and

Accounting Lead who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for

someone with solid experience in finance and accounting, who may not yet be in a high-level

management position but is ready to take ownership of various finance and accounting and grow

into a managerial role.

You will work closely with the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and play a key part in ensuring the

financial health of our company through accurate financial planning, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

 Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports

 Review cost accounting process and ensure accuracy of COGs and inventory values

 Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls

 Lead and review balance sheet clean-up and management

 Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government agencies

 Support cost control initiatives and suggest process improvements

 Lead, guide, and develop a small finance team

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 CPA is preferred but not required

 At least 7 years of solid experience in finance and accounting functions covering

financial, management, regulatory and tax reporting

 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial systems

 Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite

 Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally

 Excellent communication and leadership potential
