We're currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Finance Accounting Lead Analyst (Internal Job Title: Vice President - C13) based in Taguig, BGC, Metro Manila. The Finance Acctg Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to strategic direction by applying their knowledge to their job and the business. Recognized technical authority within the area, requiring basic commercial awareness.

Works with multiple colleagues providing similar expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are necessary to guide, influence, and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers. The role has a significant impact through complex deliverables and provides advice related to technology or operations, affecting overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:Lead investigations of month-end close intercompany breaks and communicate issues for remediation with Operations and Finance teams. Drive remediation of critical intercompany ledger balance breaks to meet regulatory reporting requirements.Recommend controls, booking practice changes, and process improvements for intercompany activities. Transform intercompany matching processes.

Deliver services to one or more businesses or regions. Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and transparency, while supervising activities and creating accountability. Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.

Knowledge of product accounting, finance systems, and financial close processes preferred. Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changes. Strong analytical skills to trace data flow from source to reporting systems.

Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries. Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
