We are a leading UK-based online retailer in the baby, gifting, and personalized products sector. As part of our growing team, we are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth handling of orders, stock, and product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Accurately place and process customer orders across partner platforms.
  • Update tracking information promptly and ensure customers receive up-to-date delivery details.

Platform Administration

  • Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency of product content.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via platform messaging and email, providing clear and professional communication.
  • Monitor and update stock levels to prevent overselling or discrepancies.

Cross-Platform Support

  • Assist with product and stock management across multiple retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

General Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, stock levels, and customer communications.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Reliable, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, even in a remote setting.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
