About the Roles

Position 1: Customer Service Representative – Financial Account

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Night Shift

Qualifications:

  • At least HS/SHS Graduate.
  • With 6 months of BPO experience (any account).
  • Good communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 monthly package
  • 20% Night Differential
  • HMO on Day 1 with unlimited qualified dependents
  • Dental, Transportation, and Rice Allowance
  • Life Insurance & Retirement Plan
  • Tuition Fee Reimbursement & Bereavement Assistance
  • 35 leave credits per year

Position 2: Customer Care Representative – Healthcare Account

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days WFH)

Schedule: Night Shift

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college.
  • With 1 year of BPO experience handling Healthcare accounts (benefits, claims, eligibility).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₱26,000 – ₱33,000 monthly package
  • 10% Night Differential
  • Non-taxable Allowance
  • HMO on Day 1 with free dependents
  • Life Insurance & Retirement Plan
  • 13th and 14th month pay
